Meal Plan Sunday - 7/3/2011

This week's meal plan includes some mango, some broccoli I got on sale, and a creation of baked oatmeal that I will try out sometime during the week:


Our camera gave up on us the other day, so until we get a new one, I will have to make the notebook camera work (sorry for a pretty bad picture quality).

Breakfasts:
  • French Toast Casserole, Orange Juice
  • Whole Wheat Cereal, Banana, Milk
  • Baked Apple Oatmeal
  • Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Banana Smoothie
  • Oatmeal, Milk, Mango Slices
  • Baked Apple Oatmeal
  • Breakfast at Brazilian Bakery
Lunches:
  • Sandwiches (with Peanut Butter, Jelly, or Ham & Cheese)
  • Leftovers
  • Fruit, Yogurt, Smoothies   
Dinners:
  • Rice, Beans, Meat
  • Beef Wraps, Salad
  • Baked Fish, Steamed Broccoli, Rice 
  • Mashed Potatoes (with veggies), Baked Chicken, Salad
  • Rice, Beans, Meat
  • Leftovers
  • Veggie Pasta w/Mozzarella
